Wheelbase were the only shop I could find in the UK who were able to give me specific information about new stock arriving in several months, during this year of low supply for bikes. Furthermore the service was fantastic - friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I’m so delighted with my new bike, huge thanks Wheelbase!

Wheelbase have saved the day with the purchase of a bike for my son’s birthday after we were let down by our local supplier. They had the exact bike in stock booked delivery which arrived today. They helped with one issue putting the bike together, after watching the video and rectified an issue as the bottle holder wasn’t included and posted out same day. Overall a really pleasant experience and Jack was absolutely amazing sorting things out along with Scott. So 5 stars. Thank you I have a happy son.

Great prices and 0% over 3 years, actually received my first bike bought online that didn’t need further setup. Gears indexed and well packaged. There was a delivery issue but it was sorted with a call.

The shop staff were really helpful and pretty knowledgeable and keen to sort out any queries I had. The bike arrived on the day they originally said and all looks in good order. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the courier service they have recently started to use called Arrow XL. Delivery slot was scheduled for 4-6 pm on Saturday. Van arrived at 6.40 am on a bank holiday Saturday. No apology, no explanation. Pretty anti social time of day IMO.

Great service, kept in contact while bike I ordered was delayed in transit, delivery on date arranged. Effortless which is how it should be.Not marking down for this, the self help videos could do with an update and perhaps some variety to reflect the bike ranges. Thanks Wheelbase.

Have bought bikes of Wheelbase no probs...had two other dealings thou..1. Sold me the wrong inner tubes and had to get recovered from a punture!!2. Took my money saying a part would be here in 3 days..after 2 wks i had to phone them and Wheelbase said they had to ring the manufacturer to find out why it hadnt been sent out!Spoke to Wheelbase on the phone and they couldnt have cared less!! Obviously a cash rich company that doesnt give a damn!!

Responsive, quick turn around.I had an issue with a part on my new bike and the guys sent a replacement out to me within 48 hours no questions asked. Friendly helpful team!
